Until joining TICO Construction, Bill worked most recently as a construction manager for the venture capital group, Prim & Associates, director of facilities for a Bay Area-based manufacturing group, Rock Shox and for the past seven years as a construction manager and general manager for a local Bay Area contractor. Over his 20 year professional career Bill has developed a strong knowledge of construction cost estimating, construction management and scheduling. Bill specializes in complex, high-quality tenant interiors, clean room, server farms and manufacturing facilities.
